Our church is blessed to have an additional 19+ acres behind the existing sanctuary and extending to Holland Drive. It can be fun to imagine the possibilities for such a parcel of land! The above image shows the current site plan for future development. Our Children's After-school Ministry Program (C.A.M.P.) was, until recently, held in what is called Moss House. Now that C.A.M.P has moved into the Sunday School classrooms of the Education Building, Phase #1 is underway.

Phase #1
A) Disconnect all utilities and remove Moss House.
B) Excavate and back-fill Moss House septic facilities with proper back-fill material for future construction in the vicinity.
C) Remove and relocate storage facilities between Moss House and picnic shelter.
D) Remove necessary trees for Family Life Center as well as open, temporary recreation/parking on east side of Family Life Center and retention pond.
E) Initiate and review design work for Family Life Center as well as open, temporary recreation/parking on east side of Family Life Center and retention pond.
F) Secure funding for Family Life Center as well as open, temporary recreation/parking on east side of Family Life Center and retention pond.

Phase #2
Construct Family Life Center, open temporary recreation/parking, and retention pond.

Moss House is currently located at the upper left corner of the proposed location for the Family Life Center. Above that is our picnic shelter.

Phase #3
Clear land for, design, and construct access road to Holland Drive.

Phase #4
Clear land for, design, and construct permanent, open recreation areas:

A) Baseball / Softball Field
B) Soccer Field

Phase #5
Clear land for, design, and construct amphitheater.

Phase #6
Clear land for, design, and construct senior center and senior amenities.

Phase #7
Clear land for, design, and construct senior apartments and senior parking.
